Axioma announced today the appointment of Amaury Dauge as the company’s Chief Operating Officer. In addition to this role, Dauge will continue to serve as Axioma’s Chief Financial Officer, a position he has held since joining the company in June 2016. “Since joining Axioma, Amaury has successfully leveraged his public-company experience to elevate standards across our entire finance function,” said Sebastian Ceria, Chief Executive Officer of Axioma. “In his new role as COO, Amaury will extend that focus to raise operational standards company-wide.”

Before joining Axioma, Dauge was Chief Financial Officer of Euronext (EPA: ENX), the pan-European stock exchange. There, he led the financial and legal carve-out of Euronext from NYSE Euronext (NYX), following its acquisition by Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), which in turn led to a successful IPO of Euronext. He also previously served as Senior Vice President for Corporate Planning & Analysis at NYSE Euronext since December of 2009, playing a key role in the company’s strategic transactions with ICE in 2012 and 2013.

Dauge joined Euronext as an M&A analyst in 2001 before being named Head of M&A and later Chief of Staff to the CEO. In 2008, he was appointed Chief Operating Officer, European Equities Market and Market Data. He began his career at BNP Paribas before joining PwC and Atos Consulting. He holds an MBA from INSEAD and is a graduate of CFAF - Center for Training in Financial Analysis, and INSEEC Business School.
